Helping to generate health and promote well-being. Yogi Generation opens the doors for people of all ages, body types and needs. From pregnant mothers, children and teenagers, senior citizens and people with special health requirements. We aim to offer Yoga through the cycle of life and its many changes and demands.

Yoga with Elaine is now taking place at Gatten & Lake Primary School, Howard Road, Shanklin and also ‘Family Yoga’ at Binstead Primary School.

Elaine creates a tolerant and supportive environment. The beginners courses and gentle Yoga classes ease the new student into the practice gradually whilst we encourage each individual from beginners to the more experienced to develop naturally at their own comfortable pace. Enjoying the positive and regenerative benefits of Yoga together.
