YOGA with ELAINE at YOGI GENERATION
 Isle of Wight Yoga

 

One to One Sessions - Concentrating on individual needs and working with specific requirements. Sessions are usually 45 minutes in length. Students can choose from the following courses:

Gentle Yoga designed for people whose age or health requires a more gentle and adaptable approach.

Pranayama & Yoga incorporate gentle stretching with the emphasis on breathing techniques.

Pregnancy Yoga helps promote a healthy and enjoyable pregnancy for both mum and developing baby, helping to maintain strength and flexibility and to manage the demands of change.

Post Natal Yoga designed to strengthen abdominal and pelvic floor muscles, to build up strength and fitness of the whole body. Working to integrate mind, body and breath to help develop inner peace.

Teen Yoga a positive and creative programme, which helps, build concentration and focus and aids relaxation and stress management.

Meditation and Yoga classes incorporate gentle stretching and techniques towards meditation.

 

 

Yoga Nidra and Meditation Deep inner conscious relaxation, excellent for furthering meditation. Beneficial for everyone whatever your level of fitness or state of health

.Improvers Yoga classes are for those with some previous experience who are interested in taking their practise further.

Yoga Open Classes - for up to 20 people, including the following six weekly courses:

Hatha Yoga classes are open to all, from beginners to the more experienced, focussing on fundamental exercises that lay the foundation of a Yoga practice.

Beginners Yoga - These six week courses are designed to introduce the newcomer gently and methodically to the benefits of this ancient practice.

 

 

Yoga for Children
Yoga Bugs the children’s Yoga class for children between the ages of 21/2 - 7yrs. Improving concentration, working with the imagination and helping boost confidence, maintaining health and fitness. Courses currently taking place in schools, please contact us if you would like to find out about Yoga Bugs for your school.
