Q: What should I wear? A: Wear loose or stretchy comfortable clothing, so it’s easy for you to move and relax.
Q: Do I need bring any equipment with me? A: The studio is well equipped with mats, bolsters, belts and blankets so all you need to bring is yourself.
Q: What should I tell you? A: Let us know if there are any change of circumstances either to your health or contact details.

Q: I’d like to start on the beginner’s course, can I just come along. A: You will need to book a place. Just give us a call on 01983 862948.
Q: I’ve already started to feel the positive effects of Yoga and I’m really looking to get the most out of it. How many times a week should I attend classes. A: If you can fit it in with your lifestyle you will really make changes and reap the benefits by coming twice a week.
